Nord Living has been waterproofing roofs across Scandinavia since 2011, and brought that standard to Dubai. We work exclusively with certified, Scandinavian-standard waterproofing systems, and back every project with a material guarantee and a workmanship guarantee. No substitute materials. No verbal promises. Every quote is fixed and written before we start, and every guarantee is handed over in writing on the day we finish. Nordic standard. Local expertise. One roof at a time.

Every project carries a material guarantee backed by the manufacturer warranty. Properly installed systems commonly perform well beyond the guarantee period.
No. Our cold-applied liquid system requires no open flame, which makes it suitable for occupied villas.
Most single villa roofs are completed within a few days once the quote is signed, depending on size and the system used.
50% is due to start the work. The remaining 50% is due once you have approved the finished roof at walkthrough.
Our cold-applied liquid system suits occupied villas and complex roof shapes. Our torch-applied membrane suits large flat roofs with heavy foot traffic.
Most Dubai villa roof membranes reach the end of their working life between 15 and 25 years. A free inspection tells you exactly where yours stands.
Every project carries a workmanship guarantee. Any defect is fixed at no cost, and we respond within 7 days.
