Client process
From first visit to written guarantee.
Transparent at every stage — so you always know what happens next, what it costs, and when payment is due.

Free inspection
We visit your property, walk the roof, and identify every problem area. A full written assessment is provided at no charge and with no obligation.

Fixed written quote
You receive a clear quotation with exact scope, materials, timeline and price. Nothing is left open or approximate.

Sign and deposit 50%
Once you approve the quote, sign the agreement and confirm your booking with a 50% deposit. The remaining half is only due after you approve the finished roof.
Installation
Our certified team prepares the surface and applies the Scandinavian-standard certified system to full manufacturer specification. Behind this step is a detailed installation process we do not rush.

Walkthrough and sign-off
We walk the entire roof with you. You inspect every area and confirm the work meets the agreed specification before final payment.

Final payment
The remaining 50% is due on your approval. Your warranty certificate is handed over the same day, before we leave.
Installation process
How we build the waterproofing
Behind installation is a process we don’t rush. Each stage is fully cured before the next begins.
Step 01
Remove old waterproofing
Strip the existing failed membrane down to the structural roof slab, inspect the substrate, and repair all defects before any new material is applied.
Step 02
Level the roof surface
Apply screed to correct the falls and create a smooth, even substrate, with a minimum 1:80 fall to direct water toward drainage points.
Step 03
Apply primer coat
Roll a uniform coat of primer across the entire prepared surface to seal the substrate and improve adhesion.
Step 04
First waterproofing layer and mesh
If the issue falls under workmanship, we fix it at no cost. If it sits outside the guarantee, we’ll tell you plainly.
Step 05
Second mesh and waterproofing coat
Embed a second reinforcement mesh and apply the second coat perpendicular to the first, closing any pinholes from the first layer.
Step 06
Final coat and flood test
Apply the final coat, then flood test the roof for a minimum of 24 hours to confirm zero leakage before handover.
